It was a relatively care free experience. Some of the communication, and ability to communicate with the Specialists, and underwriters could have been better, but minus a few miscommunications I was Satisfied with the process.
The quickly communication
Too many agents for 0ne loan. To many repeat questions and phone calls. Way to long to process loan
It was an easy and quick transaction. Staff was always available for any questions and concerns we had. Much more pleasant experience compared to a previous lending experience.

Things were very last minute. I would get call that things had to be done on the same day or next day. There was no flexibility with somethings and I would always end up having to rearrange my entire day to accommodate due to the last second...

Working with multiple people caused some confusion. Also I had to ask the same question several times before I got an answer and it was from someone I wasn't working with. Communication could be better.
