It was a very stressful process but Brandin and his team were great. They responded to emails and calls in a timely manner and were able to answer all my questions. They were all friendly and professional.
Was able to lower my interest rate & mortgage payment. Even though covid 19 has everyone's world turned upside we were able to close the new loan in a reasonable amount of time.
