Branden was responsive and helpful every step of the way during my home refinance. He went above and beyond to ensure that the process was seamless. I would definitely recommend Cross Country Mortgage to friends and family.
The process was bumpy but Branden stayed on top of things and kept it moving forward despite delays.

It took way longer than expected. I got charged for the delays, but I had everything completed and turned in on time on my end... The first set of payoff checks were no good. The bank wouldn't take them it took me hours to get averything put...
