Excellent and professional communication.
Braeden and his team came in at the last minute to salvage a VA deal that had fallen out with our previous lender. Great job, Team Dillon.
It was a VA loan, the buyers had been turned down by another mortgage company. Braeden took it over and completed the loan in our original escrow period. His prompt response to the buyers problem resulted in saving a deal.
