Brady was a good advisor - a couple things got a bit confusing during the process, but that was mostly the underwriter's (Adam) fault. Brady did a pretty good job of clearing up the issues.

Everything was pretty easy. Only thing is I didnt realize the bill payoffs would be checks I had to mail in. I wish I would have just done a lump sum to pay electronically. Brady was great though
