He gave us a chance for a mortgage when I didn't have an official job offer, but knew it was coming. We were able to move forward on the house we wanted and got it.

I think something that was hard is that it was never once proposed to us to ask for waiver the way that we did. Seeking an option outside of the 60 day occupancy rule was only on us but as a broker I would have accepted you to come to the table...
