Brad and his team were very informed on the process and options available. They were there to answer questions and shepherd us through the process. They were very professional and efficient.
Avoid Brad at all costs. He promised a 30-day closing, knowing it was an impossibility. Ended up taking 40+ days. He cost our family more than $6k, unnecessarily. Totally unprofessional, disrespectful, and non-communicative.
