Smooth refi. Biggest issue involved secure upload portal. Once something was uploaded it disappears. Makes it hard to track what you have done.
Brad and his team are very responsive and easy to get a hold of whenever there are problems or questions. He even helped us make corrections the day of closing so we could still close on time. We've used them twice now and would use them again....
