Brad kept us up informed on the progress of our loan as well as walked us through our options. He was always available to answer any questions and as a first time homebuyer, he made the entire process painless.
I needed a little more human interactions. Everything was digital which was convenient, but it made think that is was misunderstanding something or I missed something in all the paperwork
