I really appreciated the patience and understanding from Bradley and his team. Especially considering how long the process took as it related to my divorce proceedings.
More open communication about how much seller credit we wouldn’t been able to use earlier in the process instead of a couple days before closing.

Had nothin g to do with Bradley. The communications of final steps ( when checks for payoff accounts would be in hand) was wonky. I was told they would be done one day and I elected not to make a pmt on an account, and the checks were late...
