Thanks Stephen. Unfortunately, we are in an increasing interest rate market, and we can only offer the rates that are dictated by the current market. We always strive to provide the best/lowest rate that is available.
Making a big purchase like this can be very nerve racking and makes you on edge with everything. This was a smooth transaction, they kept up with my paperwork, answered any questions I had. Closed in time. Great experience!
Brad was very helpful every step of the way. He does a great job explaining complicated loan topics in a way that's easy to understand. His thorough and proactive approach helped everything run smoothly. 5 stars.
