As always he's very organized and on top of what is needed.
Brad is very personable and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He checks in and responds to our questions in a timely manner. I would 100% use Brad again
I have depended on Brad for the financing of the past couple of homes and I would lean on him again should I ever choose to refinance or buy/sell a different home.
We got the mortgage done in three weeks which is fast. Some things could have gone more smoothly but there is always going to be something that comes up as a problem. Currently we're in the cabin and loving the lake!
A clear understanding of the different options. Also the ability to close remotely.
Brad was a very easy to work, responsive to communications and helped a ton with making this process as smooth as possible.
