Just a little concerned that we did a lot of the leg work after initially providing requested information at the beginning. I thought that information would provide your staff the ability to secure the information overall a good experience
Thorough, great rate and quick resolution to close.
This should have been easy, but instead I was asked for the same information many times by different people. And it took over 3 months, even though I have a high credit score and plenty of resources.
The entire experience was easy to go through. Everyone was so helpful.
Brad was professional and responded quickly with any questions or concerns. He was able to get us a great interest rate and worked outside of normal business hours to get our loan closed quickly. Thanks Brad!
