The prosesser dropped the ball and at the last minute said they needed more information. Information that we had previously given them.
Even with a few issues Brad made everything seem easy and explained everything well.
The online portal is difficult to navigate and does not allow for any “personalization” of individual circumstances.
The process was very easy and there was frequent communication during every step.
