The whole
Team was great.
Your team answered every one of my questions, Brad even physically came out to my house to resolve a situation with the appraisal!
Brad made sure things went smoothly. Our title company and the realtors made things difficult and were often seemingly uncaring about getting our sale through. Brad was our rock that help get things done while others were apathetic

Prompt response time, good communication, hassle-free experience
Had a couple of issues at closing. Survey was not ready to sign, even though we had turned it in well in advance. There was also an issue with the exact number we would be getting back at closing.
It took almost 6 months but everyone worked hard to get the loan set up and approved. For that I thank you guys, we love our new home. It feels great to get out of that duplex!
