Brad was helpful. Only issue we had was with the escrow account. He is did not inform me there would be a fee to waive the escrow acct.

I attribute my success to maintaining a high level of communication from start to finish. I find that this reduces the stress that is often associated with buying a home. Keeping everyone in the loop early and often is always what I strive for with every loan that I originate.
