Brad got our client prequalified and prepared to purchase, and once we had a contract he was immediately on top of the loan and had it approved ahead of schedule. Brad is a fantastic loan originator and a fantastic business partner.

Brad was great. He helped us a lot. The only thing is that one of his office staff, she confused us on closing date, which was already clearly listed in the offer we made to the seller. Good experience overall.
