The process was so easy, all my questions were answered in a timely manor. If I ever move I am definitely coming back.
Bob Williams is the best! So good to work with, easy to reach (which is VERY important) patient and explains things that are hard to understand in a way that makes them make sense. Such a pleasure to work with.
It would be very nice to come out of closing with clear direction on payment information for the new mortgage and timing of the first expected payment.
