Loved the purchase analysis page. As first time homebuyers, the fees associated with closing were intimidating and nebulous. Having a place to break down and explain those fees and compare different loan types was so comforting.

No issue at all on Bob's side, the process was extended through delayed construction but Bob was there to help with whatever issues/problems arose
Everything was made very clear for us as first-time homebuyers, so it made the process very simple.
