Bob communicates via email and phone faster than anyone I have ever worked with. He provides detail to explain options and is extremely knowledgeable. He takes his weekends to help on short notice and made the entire experience seamless.
Bob never hesitated to explain things we were unaware of. Our situation with the loan was unique and he always made sure we were going on the right direction. I always felt that he had our best interests in mind.
It seemed like Bob was always on top of things throughout our process. If something sudden popped up, he helped us figure it out.
