Bob was excellent at walking me through the first time home buyer process and was always available to answer questions and walk me through the financial aspect of the process.
Bob was always available via phone or email for any questions! He took the time to explain things to us which was a BIG priority as first-time home buyers. He was timely and communicated each step of the process effectively.

Bob was always on top of things. He knew what was needed and made timely requests for the info. He also has great communication skills.

Bob does an excellent job of answering questions and he clearly eats and breathes this stuff. I never feel like I'm not working with someone who absolutely knows what they are doing.
Bob took the time to explain everything to me and make sure everything was in order. He was always on top of things, and other people I was working with on closing noted his prompt responses and submissions.
