My team has worked with Bob for a while but this was personally my first deal with Bob and the communcation was spectacular throughout the whole process and he even made it to the closing in person which is just going above and beyond.

saturday nght at 10pm, sunday at 8 am, our questions were answered, and issues resolved...you guys took a com[plex mess of loans, and made our life simpler...can't ask for more!
