We closed, so success!!
The vast majority of the staff are wonderful. I found the process quite arduous. I was unable to upload or receive information at times and had to send it or receive it in another way. There must be a way to streamline the process.
Meredith was a huge help. We were in a car traveling across country with sketchy hotel internet, but she was very patient with us even when we got frustrated. Blaine was great too.
I feel that Blaine and his team lived up to all expectations and were very professional. I was impatient at one point and they were outstanding the way they handled it. I was going through a death in the family and had to do everything on line....
