There was a fair amount of confusion and repetition of tasks, such as providing paperwork multiple times.
Trying to get a hold of them is impossible. If you need an answer to a question your going to be waiting a few days. Meredith dunahoo and Mary Anne Harold are very very hard to get a hold of and it makes the process more stressful.
