Everything was explained thoroughly in layman's speech as I went through the refi process. I felt like Goodleap worked hard to make sure I was at ease and completely satisfied during the process. Goodleap are real professionals.

loan process was made fairly easy throught the process. all of the loan officers explained all the proceses cleary and we dont think we had any problems whatsoever.
i would recommend goodleap to everyone.

I did have a couple issues. I felt there were too many people contacting me, making me wonder if all was legit. Signing of the final loan paperwork. I had received the final document to sign which was different from the hard copy we signed...
