    There were documents that were needed that we did not know about until the day before underwriting. We got them together, but we were out of town. We would have preferred to know a head of time.

    Billy & Jaden are pros. They made the whole process easy. Carney Title also was easy to deal with and overall a sometimes unpleasant experience in this case was very positive!
