There was a big issue that popped up part way through the experience. When we brought it to the attention of Stephen, he took accountability and apologized quickly, both of which were very important to our experience at the time.
I had no idea what to expect going into buying my first home but it felt like such an easy process. It was low stress, low pressure, and everyone was very friendly and I felt comfortable asking questions and being respected.
Steve knocked it out of the park with me. Worked with me and explained things really well! Made an intimidating process feel easy!
They were so patient and helpful, explaining everything as we got closer to buying our beautiful home. The online step-by-step process made things super easy too.
