Hi, I’m Bill. I enjoy finding solutions that fit a homebuyer’s finances well without stretching their ability to comfortably afford a home. People do business with people they know, like, and trust. I try very hard to be a trusted advisor to my clients for all things mortgage-related. It’s enjoyable to help find solutions and put the lending puzzle together for people. I also enjoy how the productivity improvements with the technology Summit has put in place allows me to get more accomplished in less time now that it did even a few years ago. This gives me the opportunity to spend valuable time with Stephanie and my 10 children. My main hobbies are doing whatever my kids are interested or involved in with them. It’s great being a dad!
