I was impressed with the speed this process took. Signing the documents on line saved time, but the font size needs to be increased..for those of us with vision problems.
We have done business for several years with Bill and have always received outstanding service.
As usual, Bill Zimmerman at Summit was amazing. I highly recommend him. Just finished my third time through with a mortgage or refinancing through him with Summit, and it's always been flawless and pleasant.

Bill was hurried when I needed him to be, and patient when I needed time to think about something. He's amazing at what he does and I truly appreciate all his help over the years.
When we purchased our house almost five years ago Bill and his team at Summit Mortgage got us a loan when others could not. We had been through some financial issues. So they are who we wanted to use for our refi.
Bill and his team processed out loan when we purchased our home and now the refi of 2020 ;). Everyone on the team. Bill and Michele were awesome
Bill did a great job being responsive. He was willing to spend the time to answer questions and explain how bits of the larger market impacted me.
Bill was so easy to work with and was always so quick to respond if we had any questions or needed anything. Overall our whole experience went very smoothly.

I try very hard to be a trusted advisor to my clients for all things mortgage-related. It’s enjoyable to help find solutions and put the lending puzzle together for people. I also enjoy how the productivity improvements with the technology Summit has put in place allows me to get more accomplished in less time now that it did even a few years ago. This gives me the opportunity to spend valuable time with Stephanie and my 10 children. My main hobbies are doing whatever my kids are interested or involved in with them. It’s great being a dad!
