E-signature on documents made the final signing faster. Bill and his team was great to work with.
Constant contact, patient, flexible, kept me in the loop, great loan analysis tool, helped us avoid an appraisal, up front about everything, walked through options, and of course friendly.

I also enjoy how the productivity improvements with the technology Summit has put in place allows me to get more accomplished in less time now that it did even a few years ago. This gives me the opportunity to spend valuable time with Stephanie and my 10 children. My main hobbies are doing whatever my kids are interested or involved in with them. It’s great being a dad!
