I told you thr circumstances and you were able to help me get it done. I gave you the ex husband's name and phone number. He is looking to finance a new property.
Riley and his team are awesome lenders. Very good to work with and gets everything done in a timely manner which is very important in real estate transactions.
The whole process was very fast, and the team was highly responsive.
Bill was availble on the weekend when other lenders weren't and was able to get everything done so we could feel confident putting an offer in. Very personable experience and a smooth closing. We would recommend Bill and his to team to anybody....
