More in person communication everything done by email and text got confusing more phone calls to make it more clear on what is needed would be nice
Bill is very informative, kind and easy to work with! He mad the process of building our first home very smooth! He was always responsive in a timely manner and helped to make sure we got the best loan and interest rate we could!
