Bill was extremeley knowledgeable and made the experience very easy.
Bill helped me through the loan process at each step. He was always courteous and professional.
Bill provided regular status updates, clear guidance on what tasks we needed to complete, and was always available to answer any and all questions we had. He was professional and attentive beyond measure!
Bill was extremely personable and knowledgeable, willing to do the juggling of figures to come up with his best recommendation for us. Although we didn't end up going through with the loan, we would have felt very comfortable doing so.
