Very communicative and always jumping in to assist
Bill was always responsive and explained the home loan process in a way that made sense to me.
Bill was always available. He worked around my wife and I's schedule to go through all the information and was extremely thorough throughout the entire process.
Bill was very efficient, kind, and overall great at what he does! I was happy with my experience and would recommend Prosperity
