Can't thank you enough.
Better communication throughout the entire process. Updates when asked for. Hopefully the fact of how long it took (10 months) when we were told 2-3 months originally was due to the pandemic and is not normal. Everything else was great.
I don't have any problem with Bill. I just don't like the process we had to go through with this lender.
