Bill was very responsive however very belittling during discussion. This is not something we are familiar with and his tonality made me hesitant to ask questions which lead to an unsettling experience.
Bill was very easy to work with. He answered our questions and was availbale when it worked for us. He worked hard and was a great advocate for us to get the loan closed.
