Bill is always very thorough in everything he does and we loved that about him. Very trustworthy!
Bill was responsive, respectful, knowledgeable and overall a fantastic person to work with. As first time homebuyers my wife and I could not have asked for a better lender. We will be recommending Bill every chance we get.

Bill, Dannan, and Gerry worked very hard to get us this house! When we thought there wasn’t a way we could do it they crunched numbers so quickly and got everything to work! We owe them! Thank you so much!
It was a pleasure working with Bill. He was very responsive and explained everything. It was truly a great experience from beginning to end. I would recommend his service to others.
Bill was great, helping us close on our mortgage. He handled ever curve ball we threw at him, and we threw more than one. Bill is the man.
Great team that got the job done.
Bill Diaz made this process very easy for me and I would highly recommend him. As a first time home buyer I didn’t know much about getting a mortgage loan but he explained all of the steps and made it simple. Thank you Bill!
