Amy was very helpful! The only negative aspect was the app. It didn't function well. It caused a lot of issues and wasted time.

Service and quick turnaround
Very knowledgable, personable and patient with questions
There were things that needed to be submitted, but the process was much easier than the first time we applied for a loan.
