Seamless process; constant communication. I do wish the out of pocket costs could have been better estimated but I was offered the opportunity to increase the loan to cover, which I declined.

Laura, I am glad that we were able to make your loan happen. Unfortunately there are additional costs in CA that were not foreseen. We try our hardest not to have these pop up.
