Brad provided great knowledge on the subject of loans and was able to successfully convey that knowledge to a first time home buyer. He was prompt in response and worked diligently to move things along.

Whether or not it will take you one month to be ready to purchase, or one year, I take pride in being there for my clients through that journey from beginning to end.
On the business side, I pride myself in being there for my referral partners as a resource regardless of if we are currently working on the same file or not.
Communication is my top priority and with the business that we deal with day to day I understand the value that clear communication brings.
