It took longer than expected to get the loan through the underwriters. This caused providing information more than once. However, both Betty O'Reilly and Shane Hale were very responsive and patient. I cannot thank you all enough.

Great friendly service. Betty and the team are very knowledgeable. All my questions and concerns were answered and taken care of immediately. I refinanced my loan and the whole process for me was quick, easy and stress free.

Underwriting was very difficult. Constantly changing whatrhey needed. On many occasions i wanted to give up.
