My career began in 1995. I focus on providing information needed to make informed mortgage decisions. My role is to offer loan programs with their corresponding explanations, & then assist, if necessary, in choosing the most appropriate financing for each customer's unique situation.
I am experienced in FHA, VA, & Conventional as well as specialty products like DACA & manufactured homes in parks. My other specialties are zero down programs like USDA, & renovation/improvement loans such as the 203K.
I have lived near the row crop farm I grew up on most of my life. My personal interests focus on family & sports. I am a board member with Stayton/Sublimity Chamber of Commerce, & I volunteer with the Santiam Teen Center & my church.
