Guild Mortgage - Beth Imhoff

I began my mortgage career in 2015, inspired by my own experience as a first-time homebuyer. That journey shaped my mission: to make home financing clear, comfortable, and even enjoyable. I treat every transaction as if it were my own, advocating for clients from start to finish. I’ve helped hundreds of families achieve their homeownership dreams and was honored as a Top 1% Mortgage Originator in 2024, a Guild Mortgage President’s Club member, and a Scotsman Guide Top Originator and Top Woman Originator in 2025. I serve on the Abby’s Closet Board, belong to the Portland Rotary Club, and volunteer with the Oregon Food Bank. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, PNW scenery, travel, and time with my husband and two rescue dogs.
