I explained my situation upfront (a previous bankruptc) Beth assured me that she was knowledgeable and could nativigate the process effectivel. I was rushed to closing and then she called and said "whoops I made a mistake" closing was then...

I was bery pleased for most part Only issue i I had was loan butler was not consistent sometimes it would work great but others it took me to login screen and I never set this up so I would have to find an email that went straight to my documents...
