They charged me more money than what my appliance cost me. This business is has unethical. I have reported them to BBB, Attorney General's Office and filed small court claim. I hope they will go out of business and shut their doors soon.

Refrigerator ice maker was not working. I called Best Service repair. They charged me $349 (included the trip fee). Later I found out that ice maker button was turn-off and reason for no ice! Why they charged me $349 if beyond my comprehension....
