Courteous, professional, knowledgeable. Great at follow up and follow through. Not hesitant to step in when needed to move the process along to meet hard timelines. Excellent to work with. Great communication.
I would highly recommend Bernie. I've used him twice for refinance on different homes. He does what he says he's going to do, which is vital when doing loans.
