It seemed I was submitting the same documents over and over. Twice the disclosure documents had to be updated because they failed to validate that a credit card account had been paid off. The underwritter want documentation that having a paperless...

Not to have been hit with over a thousand dollars in interest and fees when paying off the loan before the first payment was due.
