Benits worked very hard to help me get everything I needed. She was patient and explained everything so clearly.

Comunication was great!

Due to the seller not following through on an agreement, we had an issue at the walkthrough. Not only was Benita gracious about the delay this caused in our closing time, she and the listing agent also helped move things along with a new agreement...

She was extremely professional, answered every question in a way I understood and helped me manage my stress and anxiety throughout the process of our first home pur.
