Benita made us feel like people vs numbers. She took however long it needed to explain every step and worked hard to make sure we got the best loan we could. She is amazing.
Didn’t know if we even qualified for a mortgage and we got one.
There was constant communication on where we where in the process. If documents were needed they were spot in with letting me know why was need ed and what time time frame.
