The patience that Ben had with me and my family.
Ben Miller and his team are awesome. Ben was in close contact with me energetically through multiple offers. We are very happy with our new home and the lending process to get us there !
I found the client portal awkward and at times cumbersome. Ben was great, quick follow up when needed, pleasant to work with. Can't comment on team as there was a change during the process but Ben took over so it was not a problem.
Issues with online platform.
Overall the experience was good. Very knowledgeable and responsive team to work with. Would definitely recommend them without any hesitation.
Mr miller was very patience with us being seniors not to knowledgeable about doing business on the computer. He took the nervousness away.
